We’ve officially rolled out our prices and standard features for 2017. While the increased cost of building a home has forced us to increase prices, we’ve also added value for our customers.
The standard features of our Classic and Ranch Series homes have received a number of upgrades. All Classic Homes will now come standard with oak hardwood flooring in the Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room, Powder Room, Kitchen, Breakfast Area, Pantry, and 1st floor hallway.
All Baths now include Kohler® elongated toilets and Kohler® soaking tubs, with Kohler® pedestal sinks in Powder Rooms.
All homes have been upgraded to include Moen Brantford® polished chrome double-lever plumbing fixtures in all baths, and granite vanity tops in Master Baths.
Other Classic and Ranch Series upgrades include contemporary lever style handles on all interior doors, an exterior vented hood over the oven range, and a home humidifier.
Each home can also have a basic security system with a control panel, siren, keypad and door contacts. (standard with a signed service contract)
Our Craftsman Series homes also have additional upgrades, such as 9ft ceilings throughout all three levels and hardwood on the entire first floor.
If you’ve been eying any particular plan in our model series for awhile, you may have noticed we’ve made some changes. Many of our Series plans have been improved and/or received modern updates.
These changes were made based on customer feedback in recent years.
You’ll find more plans with second floor Laundry Rooms standard. You’ll also find small structural changes made in an effort to maximize usable space, effecting room dimensions, the width of hallways, and so on.
As an example, one plan that received a heavier make-over is the Summerset model. This first floor Master Suite plan now features a gorgeous courtyard style front elevation.
Speaking of new elevations, you’ll find those throughout our model series as well, particularly the Classic and Ranch Series. There are upgrades to standard elevations and a wide variety of exciting new optional elevations to choose from.
You’ll find new Craftsman-style elevations in the Classic and Ranch Series, as well as new elegant stone and stucco options to choose from.
